I had a little training but not much. Most of my training was a quick run through of how to use the register and looking aorund the store to see where everything is placed.

It was on the job training. I learned to ring up customers on register as I was being trained. Super easy

Job training minimal--manager usually leaves it up to other supervisors to teach you. I had to frequently call other stores and ask their managers, assistant managers, and supervisors for help in dealing with new issues

Training was mostly on the job training by other associates or key holders which made it easy and quick to learn.

They spend about 4 weeks training you, and will give you extra training if needed as well as a week additional training for each selection process you learn

Depending on the department, the training can be robust to non-existent.

They really show you how to do everything and they are very thorough. They get every detail and walk you through every step.

The best part is if you have a question, you can find the answer, the worst part is, you have a lot of questions because initial training is sketchy.
