They have a company match for 401K and a discount on purchasing stock, but it's not much. The insurance is expensive, and they line you up like cattle to be weighed, measured, and finger stuck/blood drawn. The individuals doing the health screenings are not competent as they under record your height, add 10+ pounds to your weight, etc. Then, surprisingly, you don't meet the criteria to save on your insurance costs. There are no bonuses unless you're management. They only give 6 holidays a year, no personal days, and the max vacation you will ever get is 5 weeks and that's when you've been there for 15 years! There is no such thing as work/life balance. You better understand your life is theirs and your personal life is not important. You must remain billable like a lawyer, so there is never a day where you've worked hard and the manager tells you that you can leave early as a reward. You have to work every minute.

They offer health insurance, 401K, life, long term insurance and ESPP. They contribute up to 3% to the 401K. The ESPP allows you to purchase company stock at a 5% discount. Pay raises are 2-4% per year. No bonuses or profit sharing are offered for low and middle range managers which is my chief complaint. They offer PTO which increases with longer years of service. An employee with over 15 years service gets 20 days PTO per year which includes sick days.

They have the worst Health Insurance it has gone up approximately 300% in two years is you are on their PPO. They have passed down all cost to the employees so that they will go on the high deductible which is making people not go to the doctor or stay on their medication.

It has a pretty comprehensive benefits package and the rates are decent compared to a lot of other companies I have worked for.
