For part-time employees, there are very few benefits but you still have to pay union dues. You get a 10% discount but only on kroger brand products so it'll save you about $5-10 each shopping trip. You get a week of paid vacation after you work there for a year but good luck lasting that long.

Kroger benefits are good, insurance is cheap for full timers, part timers have to wait a year to be able to sign up for insurance. Employees get 10% off kroger label products

Despite terribly low wages the health insurance is great. I pay 5 dollars a week and it covers 70% The copay for a doctor visit is 30 dollars.

Insurance is great! Payment is cheap(relatively). Company match is awesome and increases your overall pay. Stock options is nice and inexpensive. Not to mention the 10% discount at krogers and bonus points all the time!!
