The amount of material is baffling but it's extremely pertinent.

You get paid for it. That's the only good thing

Short, but Very comprehensive. Includes in classroom and on the floor training on EHR

Effective training for all new hires. You are prepared when you start working at the Hospital.

Job training quality and quantity vary by site. In Baltimore, I think the quality was adequate, however, more is welcomed for me personally.

If you don't get it in the 2 weeks of training you receive, you might not make the cut if the training team isn't staying in that city for much longer.

I didn't get proper training. I was one of the two who weren't provided with a computer for practice on training day. Also, it took me a month to get my first shadow shift after training so I forgot everything by the time my shadow shift came around.

The miscommunication, disorganization and disrespectful.

Very easy and understandable classroom training. While a lot of the information learned is very interesting some of it is not applicable to the actual job.
