Loved the 5% 401K match. Had the high deductible plan with HSA. Great if you have few expenses so can save inthe HSA account (unlike FSA which goes away at end of each year).

time off-vacation varies. If you are middle to upper management you get variable time off as long as you meet your targets everyone else is on a scale. there is no sick leave, it's according to need. 401K match is competitive with other same type companies and is adequate. The best is that you can buy the TD stock at a 15% discount.

Good PTO, otherwise standard benefit packages. Nothing special or unusual to be more attractive than anywhere else. Well...except they have free soft drink fountains in a few places. But free obesity via soft drinks isn't that nice to have. :)

Best:: 401K is matched for 8% of the salary.
Worst: Vacation days are few: 1 week in the first year, 2 weeks from the second year and 3 weeks only after 5 years.
