At Teradata, you get one of the industry’s most competitive compensation and benefits packages tailored to YOUR needs.
Health & Wellness Comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental and vision plans. HSA, FSA and Dependent Care options.
Compensation & Rewards We offer competitive salary and incentive pay. We also provide performance awards at an individual level.
Time When You Need It You get the flexibility to determine your own time off with our flexible time off policy. We respect and trust the individual, and believe this increases emphasis on individual accountability for performance and results.
Planning Ahead You should feel secure in your future, both at work and at home. With the Teradata Savings Plan (401k) and our competitive matching, you will.
We also provide short-term and long-term disability, life, AD&D and business travel accident insurance, along with other voluntary benefits.
Security & Protection Rest assured with our discounted auto/homeowner’s insurance, Metlaw Legal plan, Identity Theft Protection Services and pet insurance options.
And more… We support adoptive parents by providing financial assistance for those expenses, allow for innovative work arrangements like telecommuting, give employees four days a year to give back and support local charities and provide a wide range of employee and family resource programs.
Vacation and 401K are good. Health benefits are not the greatest in the industry. Flexibily in schedules.

The health insurance plan has a lot of deductibles and copays.

I found the costs associated with medical insurance to be far lower than those at a previous employer, in spite of obamacare impacts. I desperately miss the 9/80 work week from former jobs. There is flex time and some opportunity to work from home. As an experienced higher it would have been nice to come in at 4 weeks of vacation, but there was no flexibility there.

Terribly high deductable for health insurance, antiquated vacation package. Only silver lining is the 401k match, but even that's not super great.

Health plans choices (Cigna) are avg in terms of cost and in-network options. Flexible "virtual office" work hours. Avg to slightly below avg salaries compared to industry and region (pay is low for higher cost of living areas of the US, and yet absurdly high for other areas like TX, GA, etc..). 401K employer matching is low compared to industry.
