Good bonuses. Health insurance used to be better but it's still not bad.

Very good 401(k) plan, with great company match, along with ESOP.

Max vacation is 3.08 hours per week pto. Costs increasing for medical, decent coverage.

401k and flexible time off was good, not worth it though relative to working somewhere else and choosing to invest that money differently.

Good 401k and company ESOP benefits. They match 60% of the first 7% an employee contributes.

Extremely high deductible. Poor choice of plans, costs go up unless one submits blood work and physical examination from their Dr. Basically if you submit to the required testing your costs will stay the same, those who do not pay an additional $20 per month per person covered

Only one worst thing: the health package is a scam. Incredibly expensive with very low coverage. Granted, it is almost the same in all these type of company ( which I rate third class). Basically, it is over-priced catastrophic insurance. PTO is good on paper, if you try to use it, most surely they will figure out a way to fire you.
