Terracon benefits

One big benefit of being a Terracon employee is the option to buy stock in the emoloyee owned company.

Benefits are very good. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because that designation should be saved for the upper tier companies who provide crazy, over the top benefits. Terracon is the best company I have ever worked for.

Best thing is the 401K match and profit sharing. Worst thing is the insurance out of pocket costs.

Is the best form to ensure the right benefice for the future life. Have a good future for you and her family

Good health insurance options with a fair amount of PTO. Employee Owned company with a good 401k match

No middle option for health insurance; pricey and good or not so pricey and worthless; not enough vacation days

I haven't been there long enough to implement full benefits

Vacation is pretty good, but they will control when you can take it. There is no bereavement pay, so if your mother croaks you get to use PTO. The insurance here is high, and contains one hell of a deductible. The 401K according to a financial advisor is "chincy".
