Job Training

It really all depended on who you had to train you. Some of the old timers would explain the process to you. But they would tell you enough so that you don't get hurt. Otherwise, you just kind of got thrown to the sharks and you had to sink or swim.

That you actually get the training before you are hired, go on a list with the Veterans getting the positions first.

There's training in different aspects of the job and every instructor I had was very knowledgeable of their field.

Little over a week paid training upon hire.

You receive minimal training and are pretty much thrown to the streets to figure things out for yourself. When things don't go well, you will be treated very poorly.

They have good Management training

Job training was fine, 5 days forty hours total and paid so no problems there.

Sometime they refused training

Trainers and other employees can be impatient
