Intercom Customer Support interview questions

Applied online, answered a questionnaire, then had 2 phone interviews - the first was approximately 20 minutes and the second went an hour - and a final interview on site with three different sessions. It was a very pleasant experience.

This was by FAR the best company I have ever interviewed with. Throughout the entire process, everyone was so kind and friendly, and never once made you feel like you were going through your typical interview (that can sometimes be nerve-wracking) process. Ashley effortlessly guided me through all of the interviews, quickly following up after each step, and answering every question I had along the way. I first completed a set of emailed questions, then a phone call with a team lead lead in SF, followed by another call with a lead in Dublin, and finally face-to-face with 4 members of the team. Upon completing the F2F interview, they gave me a, ever-so-thoughtful gift bag. So thrilled to have received an offer!
