Easy online interview stage, but only few candidates get shortlisted to the assessment centre. Overall straightforward process, though they recently changed the online assessments. Passing the assessment and progressing onto the video interview stage doesn’t mean you have passed the benchmark.

Interview
The interview was conducted during the online assessment day, which followed a pre-recorded interview, and online aptitude tests. The interview was about 20 minutes long, and largely around my motivation for applying and personal skills.
