In the assessment centre, there are 4 tasks to finish: group discussion, writing task, 1 to 1, and a final interview. The interviewer is very patient and nice.

The motivational questions and what will you do if you face different situations?
There are 5 video interview questions, each one has 2 minutes to prepare and 3 minutes to answer the question. Most are competency based questions and scenario based questions. The overall difficulty is ok.

Can you tell us why you applied to this programme?
I applied online and then followed online:
Stage 1: Situational Judgement Test to understand how you may respond to work-related scenarios - this is untimed but takes approximately 25 to 30 minutes to complete.
Stage 2: Numerical reasoning test to understand your ability to analyse and draw inferences from numerical information and data - this is a timed test and takes 16 minutes to complete.
Stage 3: Logical reasoning test to understand your ability to analyse abstract information and apply this when determining outcomes and patterns - this is a timed test and takes 15 minutes to complete.
Stage 4: Video interview to understand your capabilities and why you want to join us - this will take approximately 30 to 40 minutes to complete.

for stage 2 and 3 NatWest provides information of a website where you can practice first. I found it helpful to understand how the format of the test is but the questions are quite different in the actual test.
