I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NatWest Group (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Mar 2021
Interview
With a quick call from HR, interview was scheduled in less than 24 hours.
Went through 4 technical rounds.
1st round was typical data engineering technical discussion,
2nd round was scenario based,
3rd round was architectural discussions,
4th round was mix of architectural, managerial and monetary discussions
Post this there were few more discussions around package..
I declined their offer.
After taking so many rounds and have so detailed discussions they first of all denied to pay what I asked.
Later they offered penny saying you should be honored that RBS is offering you that (this they meant indirectly)
I think these folks are still living in old world order and RBS as an organization must think of organizing several managerial and industry standard trainings for them so that they understand where they are standing currently.
It is similar to wanting to buy a shirt from shoppers stop, but don't want to pay.
