Pros

There is a an ongoing focus on quality and improvement of the customer experience. This extends to improving the lives of the associates, and to supporting and improving the community as well. The leaders and employees in this organization are walking the talk.

Cons

There are limited opportunities for career advancement in my position. However, they try to compensate for this within the organization by offering opportunities for professional growth, training and learning.

Creating a uniform experience with multiple offices across different states and a hybrid workforce can be complicated, but our People Department is enthusiastically working to tackle these issues. We’d love to hear your feedback on what kinds of benefits/perks would be appealing. We invite you to connect with Landon Langston, your HR business partner, to help us learn how we can enhance your experience.

Thank you for your time with our company and for sharing feedback. We recognize that certain months of the year can be busier for our Customer Department than others, but we still want to make sure our people are experiencing good work/life balance. To any associates struggling with similar concerns, we encourage you to reach out to your manager or workforce liaison. One solution might look like slightly increasing your scheduled work hours to add an additional 15-minute break to your day. Another solution might look like decreasing your scheduled hours with the option to pick up additional shifts. Stepping away from your desk during a break can be a simple but helpful way to disconnect and recharge. We even award wellness points for simple actions like going for a walk outside, listening to meditative music, or journaling. Mental health is important to us, and we offer a variety of tools and resources, including free access to virtual licensed therapists. We understand. Life can be stressful. In addition to offering the option to work from home, we provide a number of great perks and benefits. For those working in Utah near our Draper campus, we also have several exciting events coming up this spring and summer (Star Wars Day, our volleyball tournament, The American Indian Services Gala, our summer event, etc.) as well as some virtual development programs. It’s an exciting time to be part of our company, but if you’re struggling, please reach out. We’re here to offer support and solutions.
