Pros

Yearly Summer Outing and Christmas Parties. Great vacation/Sick time.

Cons

Extremely under paid with small raises. Expensive health insurance with mediocre coverage. Also when putting in my two weeks, they required a 4 week notice if I wanted all my vacation time paid out. (entry level job)

Jeff Buckley ( Current IT Manager ) at time of dismissal did not have any desire to have me on his team. I worked with 3 IT Managers before him with no problems. Below answers are my own personal opinion and may not be factual.

Made great connections with the employees working there. Job security / stability

Cons

Underutilized staff, especially when departments were short-handed already. Limited upward mobility Compensation was subpar compared to similar positions at other banks.
