Pros

Very easy work with simple tasks.

Cons

Management is horrible and treat your poorly. Very hard to get a raise. Customers also treat you as if you are less then them. Would highly not recommend working as a CSR.

-Great people coworkers and managers were great -Tuition Reimbursement -Flexible schedule

Cons

-Raises are difficult to obtain after the 3rd year or so at least in the CSR position -There can be a high turnover in some branches

Pros

Great local management, know your customers and get respect from most people. Opportunity to grow if you would like to grow

Cons

The benefits are outdated and honestly pitiful when they state they are for family but don’t provide much or any maternity/paternity leave.
