Pros

They are diligent about providing the training you need to grow in the position you are hired for. They offer great benefits and are family oriented.

Cons

They tend to pay to little for the positions in the retail side of the bank. other than that I don't have too much to complain about!

Pros

The company, as a whole, is very customer oriented. The customers are truly wonderful to work with. Teri is the best trainer I've ever worked with. They have a very well structured two-week training session before you go to work at the branch. That first two weeks had me motivated and excited to grow with the company. However, the training and support stopped after that, and I started to lose that ambition.

Cons

The manager at my branch was very self focused and would never follow through with things. There is no communication, and the managers really take advantage of there roles. Don't bother reaching out to HR because they will not get back with you. Also, you can get away with breaking policy as long as the manager likes you. If not, then you don't stand a chance.
