Low pay. Some branches have a high turn over. They wear you out, and then wonder why good workers leave.

-Sculpt internship to your likings (I wanted to explore every aspect of marketing and worked in every sector) -Collaborative Team environment - EVERYONE is more than willing to help. - Your opinion is valued (I met/got lunch with people from my team up to the exec level who wanted to here about my experience/what I want to see. - They put on nice networking events for all summer intern.

Pros

It's a very supportive team environment. They are flexible around family life. No strings attached training is offered to all techs. And all levels of management have an open door policy if you need to discuss anything with them. It's a great place to work for and there is lots of growth potential.

None that I can think of.
