Pay decent wages, positive/can-do attitude of majority staff, fun employee parties, nice perks like birthday stays

Cons

Constant changing management, many times cutting corners, little to no training program

Have lots of fun on the job, corporate culture is relaxed and enjoyable. Compensation is ample.

Cons

Middle management lacks direction and initiative, they frequently consume themselves with micromanagement of employees rather than focusing on macro things that could improve the restaurant.
