Pros

There really aren't any! Maybe you will get lucky and get a decent supervisor but there are very few good ones

Cons

There is absolutely no consistency in the message received by leadership, you could get one answer and 5 minutes later the complete opposite from another leader. Complete disconnect between training and the actual job, once you finish training you find out half of it was wrong information and then you never see the trainers again. This company really has it all wrong and needs to clear out management and start over completely.

Pros

Pretty good pay. Commission is somewhat attainable. Friendly supervisors and coworkers. Work from home. Opportunities to move up in the company if you qualify. There is an option for 1 hour lunches and ot opportunities.

Cons

Sometimes heavy call flow due to them being understaffed. Customers call with a lot of issues due to a bad system. Customers are often 60 to 95 years old and expected to sign electronic signatures for EVERYTHING. Frequent rate increases that lead to upset customers and stressful phone conversations. A focus on sales and AAA memberships over actual customer service. A Saturday schedule if you don't sell enough memberships and Saturday afternoon are always busy with customers holding for 10 to 25 minutes. NO ACCESS to underwriters over the phone email. Sales goals include memberships, credit cards, cross selling, and now auto loans. No time after calls to complete tasks and make notes. You're expected to make notes and complete tasks while the customer is on the phone. Customer service OSAT can be affected by things that are not in your control.
