Pros

Free healthcare , commission , food trucks

Cons

First and foremost, the management is nothing short of a disaster. Communication is virtually nonexistent, and it often feels like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Account Managers do not display any sense of URGENCY! Leadership gives ZERO tools to success even when asked for help. Decisions are made on a whim without any consideration for their impact on employees, leading to confusion and frustration at every turn. There is no such thing as communication with this company. Starting from the owner to the first line supervisors, the incompetency that is portrayed daily completely diminishes moral. When moral becomes low the incompetency turns up even more and they add in retaliation to the mix. Not to mention, the daily berating, embarrassment, and disrespect that is shown to employees from even the owner all the way to the VP’s is uncalled for and unprofessional. If I wanted to be publicly scolded like I was a child, this would be the best place to work. The lack of transparency regarding company goals and strategies leaves employees feeling directionless and undervalued. Work-life balance is another myth. Expectations for working long hours are not just implied but explicitly demanded, leaving employees with no time to recharge or tend to their personal lives. The constant pressure to meet unrealistic deadlines takes a toll on mental and physical well-being, leading to burnout and, in almost all cases mental health issues. In full reality I cannot stress enough how awful it has been to my overall well-being and professional growth. The constant toxicity, lack of communication, cutthroat culture, and absence of work-life balance all contribute to an environment that is simply unsustainable for anyone seeking a fulfilling and rewarding career. I warn anyone considering a job here to think twice. This is a company that has lost its way and shows no signs of finding its path back to decency and respect for its employees especially recruitment. I truly do not believe this review will really do anything, but if it reaches one person to rethink starting a career with them, I have sincerely done all I can do!

Pros

They had great compensation for high performance.

Cons

This is the most hostile work environment that I have ever worked in. There were employees constantly ridiculing one another and even physical altercations on the floor. Many employees have been fired and rehired several times. There is no support from upper management. The product that is to be sold is unattractive to a seasoned traveling nurse. They do not have much to offer their clients. Last year they tried a hand at going into the commercial hospital market and didn't do well. Not a good place to work at all. They also expect employees to work 9-10 hour days and every other weekend.
