Pros

Not very many. I’ll leave this company with some good friends and that’s about it.

Cons

Most negative company I’ve worked for. Contracts and clients walk all over account managers and upper management lets it happen. 0 accountability and 0 work life benefits. It’s a sales role and the incentives are trash.

Pros

Horrible! They do not research nor care that the nurses have to stay in hotels, or apartments that are trash!

Cons

Parker Indian Reservation was wonderful, but the agency was horrible!

Pros

The company is great at showing appreciation by bringing in food trucks, lunches, doing fun things for holidays, etc. Most everyone there is very friendly and great to work with.

Cons

The payroll department is a mess. The demands on that one department go beyond normal. The payroll department is expected to do onboarding, catch the countless contract errors, bill the client while paying, send all invoices out, do all billing issue investigation and corrections, enter insurance and other deductions, update all employee records, track PO’s, run sick time reports; the list goes on. This is for about 1500 W-2 & 1099 workers that are paid weekly. The sales team & recruiters make so many errors and don’t get the payroll techs the information needed for them to do their job. There are no guides or training materials for the new payroll techs; its just learn as you go and take a lot of notes. There is a huge turn-over in staff in the payroll department. Its due to the inconsistencies on what is done or how to do it, the lack of organization, the workload, the hours, the stress and just pure chaos.
