Dear colleague, thanks for your honest feedback! We're happy that you're feeling challenged at ABOUT YOU and that your AY colleagues and the company parties are a big plus on your pro list. Regarding your cons, it would be great if you could give us more information about the unit you're working in so we can draw implications and improvements for the specific team. In general, our claim is to provide good and stable software as well as testing our code before deployment. Our units are subdivided into smaller circles - every circle is balanced with junior and senior developers as well as a lead developer to ensure the code quality and also the guidance of junior developers. Regarding salaries: We already faced this topic and did a cross-sectoral comparison. Results showed that our salary ranges match the market average. Additionally, we offer plenty of development opportunities like tech talks, meet-ups, our code talks conference and a steep tech career for employees who are willing to go the extra mile. We believe that this is something you can not express in numbers :) In case you do not feel happy in your current team, feel free to approach HR or LPD so that we can work out a development plan tailored to your needs. Dear colleague, We are happy that you can identify with our inspiring and challenging company spirit! Our goal is to provide an environment in which every talent can grow with us. That's why we communicate very openly that we do not have a 9 to 5 structure, so everyone knows what to expect when working with us. We're always willing to go the extra mile! During time-consuming yet inspiring projects this might also lead to more working hours - but that should be in no case become the daily routine! We trust our employees to structure their work on their own and therefore we're not tracking hours. We're sure their qualified to ponder how much time certain projects require and therefore we want to give them the flexibility and the freedom to plan their working week the way it fits their needs best. If you're having the feeling that in your case the cons of not tracking hours surpass the pros, please feel always free to express your sorrows to your team lead or the HR.
