Pros
The idea of services is good, a few good leaders trying to make improvements
Cons
Double standards on nearly everything. The only consistent thing, everything else is a roll of the dice. Benefits: no maternity leave, so save up your PTO. You can't add to the company 401k until you have been there 6 months. Remote work but you are being constantly monitored by leadership for your computer usage (even down to what sites you are using). Discipline: some employees will be given ample discussions and opportunities to improve, others are terminated immediately without discussion. Inconsistent in all approaches literally from the same people Hiring: Sr leadership have stated they would rather over-hire behavior technicians, knowing it will give everyone less hours. No real attempts to balance demand vs availability. Clients: They say that they will accept any patient under 18, but really don't want anyone over the age of 8, specifically would prefer age 3-5 so they can maximize billing insurance. Profits, no other reason. Leadership / career advancement: Unless you are a certified Behavior Analyst, you are not likely to advance in the company. Lots of in-fighting between the very top levels, where there is no real decision ever made. Some positions are not going to be promoted ever since it would cost the company too much, regardless of how well that individual is doing. Promotions are a weird mix of people who actually deserve it vs people who have just been there long enough to "deserve" it.
