Pros

Processes are simple once you learn terminology

Cons

The attendance policy at ADT is horrible. If you miss over 40 hours of unplanned time you’re at risk of being terminated. They don’t accept Dr notes as excused time so if you’re sick for more than 3 days, expect to have to fight with short term disability providers. They claim to be family oriented but they do not care if you have kids, people to care for, none of it.

Pros

If you are doing well the pay with commission is good for an entry level position. Managers and coworkers are helpful and encouraging.

Cons

Taking calls for 8 hours with few breaks. Having to sell 50% of your calls. Schedules are not 9-5 and require every Saturday or every Sunday
