Pros

there are about 2 managers there that actual might care ; if you are lucky enough to get them your job will still suck but they might make it bearable

Cons

over worked and underpaid will get your hopes up about moving up in the company (probably wont happen) will pull you off the phone to help agents and not get paid to do so the rules change everyday (some days you can eat at your desk some days its illegal; some days they will SERVE you food at your desk and other days its unacceptable). It is a popularity contest and the managers only care about you when they feel they can benefit from you. if you have something going on that they cant understand in their corporate brains, its viewed as not important. You can get into an accident up the street from them and they will still penalize you for not going to work that day lol this place is a legit joke. it doesnt matter how long you worked there or how well you worked while you were there.

Pros

Started great. Recruiters were great. Great first day welcoming and meeting managers. Trainers were on point and helpful at first. Something happened.

Cons

Just weeks into training the trainers are just absent and not as supportive as they were. Classroom and call area have become a free for all with other reps acting distracting and unprofessional. Either the trainer is nowhere to be found or they just ignore whats going on when they are. I am worried I will not be ready to work at the end of this circus.

Pros

Working mostly independently, meeting interesting people.

Cons

If you like making 75 cold calls a day (they'll call them warm) and competing with your own brand (authorized dealers, phone sales) and driving your personal vehicle all over the place (they just recently got smart enough to give each sales consultant a defined area on which to concentrate their efforts) and like working for a company that will gladly charge 45% more to the customer across the street than to the one on this side... then yeah, this is the company for you...
