Pros

The only thing that I miss about this job is the people I worked with. It was typically a fun environment but that can vary office to office. The company does provide good benefits and you can make some good money if you apply yourself.

Cons

Company constantly changing pay structure. (3 times in one year) Management constantly changes the way the handle procedures and constantly makes threats.

Pros

Long hours, Weekends, endless meetings, 100% commission, high turnover, lots of driving.

Cons

Your pay is rarely correct and it takes lots of time and energy to get it adjusted. You have to drive several thousand miles a month with no compensation to run outbound/telemarketing appointments. Lots of time is spent in meetings and training everyweek for a job that is 100% commission.

Pros

Best Known Name in the Business

Cons

100% Commission, with too many meetings, and too many Managers that do not know the Sales Process. The Sales Department is just a meat grinder. Departments do not have a shared vision, which means Accounting is happy to cancel a job to "clear the books", when the emphasis should be on retaining the customer.
