Pros

Management is helpful and present. Pay is good, could be a little bit better but isn't terrible compared to other local call centers. Everyone is really nice and friendly. Shift options are wonderful and they are usually very accommodating to availability.

Cons

HR is remote, you are nothing more than a number on a sheet or paper or a body in a chair to them. They are disorganized and extremely unhelpful. They say they want you to report when something is wrong or you are treated badly so they can do something about it but they never do. They only look out for their bottom line not their employees.

Pros

The pay is decent enough

Cons

Back to back calls, no wellness breaks, only get 42 hours for absences within 6 months, unable to use Volunteer Time Off opportunity until after you first 6 months, some team leads may require you to share your screen your entire shift so they can pop in and out of your Microsoft Teams whenever, if your shift starts past 4pm you will rarely get VTO, constantly adding more lines of business without pay raises
