Pros

There are some really nice people who work for this company. Too bad the executives are not.

Cons

The company has a horrible reputation in the industry. Most of the positive reviews you read here or on Google are written by HR. Ask any vendor who works with this place. Ask them when (or even if) they got paid. Horrible money management. No support for sales people. Executive directors have trouble procuring the basics for their communities. At least two communities have 20+ Covid-19 cases - both residents & staff. The place is hanging on by a thread and the staff turnover in the communities is extremely high. Morale is as low as it can be.

Knowing that for every bad you do to others there will be a consequence.

Cons

I worked hard to make improvements to the community with no support and with all the move ins I managed I never got any commissions paid out to me. Beware! if the company does not have funds you will not get paid and when you leave due to this very disrespectfull matter they can get out of ever paying you for your hard work.
