      Don’t waste you time nor energy

      Pros

      None besides getting ALOT of overtime because nobody stays long as an employee so let’s just say I would easily get over 110hr every check

      Cons

      The facility I worked as was in Charlotte NC “the ridge” let’s just say management was the worst I’ll start by saying the ED only concern was to fill the building up no matter how she got the residents who she knew nothing about everytime we got a new person we would never know unless we check all the empty rooms. We wasn’t given no information on the resident we had to figure them out as we go. I can go on and on about this place and company they don’t offer direct deposit you get paid twice a month on the 7th and 21st. Never had a full shift of employees

      Treats Employees Horribly!

      Pros

      While the salaries are good to start, they terminate employees once problems are fixed. Senior management constantly berates employees. They honestly are only interested in using you to improve their bottom line. Salaries are lowered after a few months, either accept the reduction or you're fired.

      Cons

      Horrible working environment! Racist senior management. Nothing about this company is moral. Regardless how well you perform they will terminate you for no reason once they've used you to fix problems. This has happened to numerous employees. They are only interested in making money, not taking care of residents or employees. If you really enjoy working with the elderly, look elsewhere.

      Pros

      NOTHING! There is nothing PRO about this company.

      Cons

      always late paying their bills or they don't pay them at all, just keep making promises to pay next month. In some communities the gas is threaten to be cutoff, the trash is not picked up related to bill not being paid. No yearly salary increases for any of the employees, staff turnover is HORRIBLE and they can never keep a Executive Director in any of their communities. I would not recommend this company to anyone! And if I held any type of License or Certification, I would not risk it with this company.
