No Pros horrible place to work!!!!

Cons

Bullies, liers, disrespectful, did I say liers. They bully you into making false reviews online. They lie to their employees, to their residents and their families. I would not recommend this job to anybody.

The money was the only thing that made me get up and go to work.

Everything else. No communication skills, owner and management lie.

Good work/life balance, don't feel overworked

Cons

There have to be financial issues at the corporate level. We barely have basic supplies. We went from direct deposit to paper checks shipped from corporate and they don't reliably show up on designated paydays!! Insurance premium is half a paycheck (whole paychecks if you have dependants) and rarely covers anything, $75 dollar copays for well-visits. Unfocused, disorganized management
