The absolute cheapest place I have ever worked. They make me ashamed to work in this field. They already don’t pay their employees enough and yet they actually TAKE money off of paychecks, LEGITIMATE HOURS the employee has worked just because they try to keep costs down no matter who it hurts. The upper level management and CEO do NOT give a CRAP about the residents or the communities. They are left to struggle for IMPORTANT supplies, often times buying them out of their own pocket with NO REIMBURSEMENT. They routinely talk about the residents as MONEY or a ‘BED TO FILL’ and don’t care about their health or well being at all. I feel so sorry for the residents in these facilities. The CEO is clueless and in this business for the wrong reasons. Terrible place.

I don't speak for how it is now or every location however, the particular facility I worked at was seriously lacking management, direction, integrity and a moral compass. Not to mention the pay was a laugh, a CNA would be lucky if he/she made more or even close to $9/hr. There were even times we would have to bring our own supplies from home because the facility/company wasn't supplying us with things like gloves! I worked at 2 locations and both seemed to cut corners, were greedy, and turned a blind eye to ALOT.
