None, they are 100% about money not the patients and residents making them the money
Cons
As RCD at a facility managed by this company I constructed an email to our corporate rep Jan Yarbrough to our crucial need to use a bench for a couple of shifts here and there to establish a safe living environment for the residents in our care and her response was 3 sentences that only wonders if this was my resignation due to the company being more concerns about having to pay unemployment then making sure their residents aren’t being neglected. Luckily I believe in karma I hope Jan and ALG do as well but due to the lack caring in the first place I wouldn’t bet on that.
