Poorly staffed and poorly supplied with the necessary equipment to run a Dermatology practice.

Team oriented, great opportunities and pay. It is busy but not crazily so, and in healthcare being busy is expected!

Cons

Nothing! I only left to pursue an advanced degree out of state..

Pros

Great team of people. Perks: no weekends, pay is not bad, good discounts, good learning experience, I enjoyed patient care and assisting docs with procedures.

Cons

There is a nurse practitioner that makes people cry daily and nothing is ever done about it. Good employees have quit due to her behavior. Poor management! Lack of training. No time for lunch. Add ons at the end of the day is normal. Don't plan on dinner either. Working here is a great weight loss program.
