Pros

Good working atmosphere. Responsive practice manager. Doctors are great for the most part. NPs and PAs are also stellar. Mostly nice facilities. Patients are also usually enjoyable.

Cons

A decent amount of paperwork and bureaucracy, but that's nothing new. A solid place to work, just not sure if it is 5-star worthy.

Great People Horrible Leadership

Pros

Really nice group of dedicated people to work with and most of our locations have a good group once you get to know them. That can take a little time.

Cons

Worst leadership ever because everyone hates the big boss. We all complain to each other every day.
