People, hours, policies are all great. Everyone is treated the same and not shown favorites. Room for advancement and good training.

Cons

The software they use is not user friendly and can provide a lot of incorrect information so you spend a great deal of time correcting it before you can do a task.

Great people and atmosphere. Salary and benefits are very fair. Lots of room for growth and promotion.

Cons

Some of the systems and policies/procedures they use are very much outdated or not beneficial. Lots of revenue is being missed using these systems.
