Business Outlook
Pros
Company leadership genuinely cares about the well-being of every employee. We are provided latitude to perform our jobs allowing us to be nimble in our efforts. While there is data the company isn't focused on the unnecessary minutia. The focus is on the critical few items that drive the business. Job support is provided by just enough people and it seems important to them that they all send the same unified message.
Cons
It is a lot of work hours in-season. I personally don't mind the hours because I like the competitive environment. I'd also add that we are in the business we are and one must expect to work hard when in season.
