Pros

They give a company truck

Cons

70 hour work weeks. They expect you to work on holidays. Not great leads. You spend most of your time running trade show leads. The managers are not good at training. The reason the Sales Manager is so bad at training is due to the fact that the manager has never been an in-home salesperson. Would you ever hire a golf instructor who has never played a round of golf?

Pros

money,truck,work had for like a month,then the job becomes part time

Cons

Bad management all around=bad culture and people just there to collect a check.Equipment prices are so overpriced,alot of screwing people with home depot financing to get them to get the high end systems when they cant afford it.Glad i left it was a disorganized mess at the end,and endless paper.Saturdays are a normal work day so be prepared to have the biggest crap job.vacation/holiday pay sucks.overtime is half time so you get screwed

Pros

The harder you work the more money you make.

Cons

Long hours, not much choice to saying no, High sales pressure, not enough technicians in the summer. They only care about making a sale and not repairing the customers system.
