Consistent hours and good pay. The benefits are pretty cheap and we have a good manager. They are keeping us up to date on changing equipment for training.

Cons

Woud like more retirement money for 401k.

Company car. Receive benefits day 1. Life insurance provided by the company. Amazing training for the sales reps.

Cons

For sales - work 6 days a week including both Saturday and Sunday. Day off is a random weekday. 12-14 hours a day. Cant control your leads. Too Strict with their company rules such a driving and cant use a phone even if its through bluetooth. No Culture at this company at all.
