Cons

Poor installation team , nonstop calls back, deception and scare tactics used to sell 15k plus Ac and heating systems . Techs are Not quality master Techs majority are have lots skills and are used as opportunity sales Techs . The highest paid Techs don’t get the same opportunity for commission as the unseasoned maintenance Techs, they have a drive cam that is toxic

Great culture great workers and they pay to drive to the jobsite

Cons

Bad pay for apprentices or anyone that’s not a lead. No raises no bonuses and leads get low commission company used to be great not anymore.

Given your own truck. Money is good. Gas is free.

Cons

Not enough time for family.. forced to work 6 days a week. Pay is a commission based structure where you make more money the less you discount. Issues being is in order to be at a reasonable price you have to give away all your commission.
