Very low base pay. Had to work 35hrs just to make $280. It was terrible! NO RAISES! Abusive Management. Cheated bonuses or very little bonus after working so heard to get leads. Fake bonus promises. They will lie to you with a promise of $300 to get free labor out of you to get leads or to get your friends and family to like their Facebook. After you do it, he tells you he will write you the bonus, and PURPOSELY not give it to you. Can drive too far from home and burn gas and scam you out of your mileage. Standing all day at hard HOme Depot floors. Consistent rejections. No room for growth or advancement no matter how hard you work. It's really a lot of foul play from greedy management.

Pros

This is a place where you definitely get out what you put in. Yes, I work long hours and weekends but ARS is always flexible with me - never questioning if I need to leave the office for something or take a day here or there. They have always been upfront about the amount of work involved and the hours that will be needed. They also allow me a lot of flexibility in how I do my job - so long as I produce results, they are happy to let me make my own decisions. My boss is great and my coworkers are a joy to work with.

Cons

We do have issues with being understaffed but I do not mind putting in extra work since the benefits far outweigh the costs.

Cons

Slow seasons like any HVAC company, sometimes management gets upset when you call for help, short staffed on HVAC technician dept, and working 11+ hours 6 days a week during busy season.

Great pay and benefits are obtainable if you put in the work. . Tools and resources provided for success. Management for my area are professional, knowledgeable , and extremely productive. Also encourage an open door policy. While still maintaining a family feel hard to find in a corporate business.

Cons

Long hours. Weekends are expected.
