Where do I start... Bad management, low pay, terrible commission structure, garbage hours... just a bad place

Good and bad

Pros

Plenty of hours to be worked, too many sometimes! Take home truck.

Cons

Long hours, I'm still on hourly but the want to switch me t commission, where you cant actually plan around your income. Not much help if you have questions. No training program for newbies.

Decent hourly wage. No long hours.

Cons

Very unprofessional, and not a "tight" operation. Unprofessional management. One of the managers said it was no big deal that a "personal massager" that was clearly in the shape of a man's lower anatomy was brought to the company Christmas party, instead management laughed and handled it. Very lewd.

The position pays very well if you can handle it. The current sales manager is easy to work with and does what he can for his sales guys when he isn’t forced into overworking you to meet quota by corporate

Cons

Hours, install crew liability, lots of drive time and large area coverage.

Weekly pay, benefits, hour and pay

Cons

Outbound calling, they blame the call center for everything. There is no real training, everybody calling the same customers over and over. They don’t motivate you to succeed. I didn’t like calling the same customers over and overs. That’s harassment. I asks the supervisor for a new list and I all ways get the same answer.

Crazy hours. They promise you a company vehicle 🚗. I had to drive my own vehicle with no reimbursement. Poor management. Poor training. All about gouging their customers. Offered Nest thermostat but when a client wanted them they did not know how to install them. Which in turn was very frustrating in the sale
