Cons

Can be challenging at first when you begin to work independently. Not much advancement opportunities. Travel to locations and ARS on certain days of the week.

People, hours, policies are all great. Everyone is treated the same and not shown favorites. Room for advancement and good training.

Cons

The software they use is not user friendly and can provide a lot of incorrect information so you spend a great deal of time correcting it before you can do a task.

Work life balance isn’t there. Lots of hours the pay you receive for the work you do is marginal. The work seems unappreciated on an upper management level

We started out each day with sales objectives and our first service call. Each call should take about an hour unless recovery was on the job. We would then take calls as they came in

Cons

Long hours because of being on call every other week. You could be pulling into your drive at 10 pm and get a no heat or no cool call
