Cons
Very much a "good ol' boy" system here. They do not follow protocol and do not value their employment as they should. Your efforts and hard work do not matter. It all depends on who the GM is as he/she can make it an awesome experience or a nightmare. Little to no training and then expected to produce miracles with no resources.

Company Phone, Paid Training and Advancement opportunities, Good Benefits, 20 company paid PTO/Holidays a year. Company matches a percentage of my 401k contributions. Earn great money, do not get capped at an hourly rate, earn on performance.
Cons
The downsides fall within the industry. We are Residential, so we need to be available when the customers are, that means we will be working some weekends, long hours and holidays - but again we get paid well for it.

Flex schedule, company car, gas card, associate involvement in office is spectacular, they do try to keep a smile on the faces of all office associates
Cons
Cruddy training , treats SSA's like disposable waste, "do more with less " attitude , outside of the office they act like you are worthless and instantly replaceable , the goals are achievable but the work they put into helping you is supremely lacking, Too many voices giving advice and none on the same page
