Pros

I had an outstanding experience with the recruiting process. From start to finish, the recruiter was personable, professional, and genuinely invested in making the process smooth and engaging. The follow-up was prompt, communication was clear, and every interaction felt thoughtful and well-organized. It was easily one of the best candidate experiences I've ever had. Kudos to the team and Absorb for setting such a high standard in recruitment!

Cons

My only piece of feedback is that there is paternal leave for U.S. employees.

In my time here so far at Absorb and even during the interview process, everything has been transparent. They were very honest and shared what their experience would be like here. I have enjoyed the fair and even distribution of leads to the SDR team. They take feedback seriously and want to create action plans that make a true impact. Leadership has been great and very connected with their team. The team is very open to help and support one another in a sales environment that is very pleasant to have!

Cons

Base pay could be a little better compared to the market and volume of leads.

I’ve been at Absorb for over a year now. There’s so much growth happening, leadership is transparent, and the overall team is hardworking, warm, and collaborative. The remote first approach is great for work life balance.

Cons

Because of the constant growth within the company, there are a lot of undocumented processes and figuring things out. However, this is just part of the process when a company is growing at the rate Absorb is.
