Pros

The people are absolutely the nicest. Everyone wants everyone to do well and they are mindful of balance in personal and professional priorities. The product is great, people love it and it really seems to be growing.

Cons

There are a lot of products to learn and a lot of the training is through web videos. I would prefer a bit more ILT to balance out the self service videos, but it's always hard to start over. The insurance benefits are not as great as I would have liked but I am hopeful things will improve, soon, in that area.

Great product in an industry that's growing. Highly-aligned Exec Team that is fostering teamwork throughout the org.

Cons

Going through typical growing pains and can be intense at times. If you like status quo and filling a position just to fill it - this isn't the company for you.

Pros

The interview process was very streamlined and took place over 2 weeks total. The recruiter was able to provide updates in a timely manner, and expectations for the interview process were clearly outlined. As far as on-boarding, it is will thought out, and makes transitioning easier. Everyone at Absorb is very friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Being remote allows for flexibility, and I have met coworkers from across the globe.

Cons

Onboarding is a lot of information thrown at you, which is typical for tech roles!
