Pros

I wish I could have said something here

Cons

The organization is deeply disappointing when it comes to personal development and career growth. There appears to be little genuine investment in nurturing employees’ potential, and many managers show minimal interest in supporting long-term progression. Leadership, in some cases, feels disengaged and unaccountable, creating an environment where employees’ professional futures can feel uncertain and undervalued. Rather than recognizing hard work and performance, advancement often seems influenced by favoritism and internal politics. Employees who consistently deliver strong results may find themselves overlooked, while those who focus on ingratiating themselves with senior staff appear to move ahead more easily. This dynamic can be demoralizing and undermines a culture of meritocracy. Additionally, there are concerning perceptions of bias, including instances of favoritism and unequal treatment, which further erode trust. In remote settings, these issues can feel even more pronounced, as transparency and communication are weaker, making it harder for employees to advocate for themselves or be fairly recognised. Overall, the workplace culture can feel unsupportive and discouraging for anyone seeking meaningful growth, fairness, and professional respect.

Pros

Diverse group of employees located all over the world. CEO is always on top of technology and posts on LinkedIn multiple times a week.

Cons

Some areas get more attention than others. Although we are always working to improve the software, I wish things would get done faster.
