Pros

1. WFH 2. No jerks policy 3. Documentation is maintained and in abundance (Always find an answer) 4. AI-focused company. Everything is getting EASY and faster! Amazing 5. Pay is good. Bonuses are achievable 6. Always doing surveys and pulse checks on employee engagement to drive better people & culture strategies 7. Leadership provide feedback regularly so the yearly performance review process is smooth and a positive experience. They also do 6 monthly reviews to ensure you’re on track & have what you need to succeed!

Cons

I don’t have any. I do wish we had an option for hybrid work, but I also don’t think this is a con being fully remote either.

Team itself is supportive and a good group

Cons

If I could give 0 stars I would. Pay and incentives WAY below industry standards. No recognition from sales or executive team. Hard work is rewarded with more work. SE Management doesn’t care and bows down to other teams with zero pushback when we are being taken advantage of. Can’t keep longterm engineers.
