      Great company, fun culture - definitely a place to grow a career

      Pros

      - Work environment - From the people you get to work with, the games room, work from home policy or the ability to play video games on your computer over lunch - Responsive and receptive management - If you have an issue or concern and bring it up to them they will make sure to talk to you about it or if it's bigger than you they will make sure to update the entire company. - Did I mention you get to install video games on your computer and play them on your lunch or watch Netflix/Primve Video etc during your lunch. - Younger work group

      Cons

      - Only con I can see is that it seems we're trigger happy with making changes within the company without fully building out the foundation of the change.

      Pros

      I like working here, management is respectful and provides plenty of flexibilty for work-life balance. Very positive culture among sales and marketing with tons of collaboration between functions.

      Cons

      None so far. Management from the functional level all the way up to the CEO and other C-suite positions is appropriate and heading in the right direction

      Recently named among Canada’s top 100 employers, Absorb is a great place to come to work because of the people who work there.

      Cons

      Lots of recent growth means a fair amount of change, but all teams are committed to working out new processes and creating an even better future for the company and its clients.
