Where great ideas die in poor implementation

Pretty office, great development team (leadership and mentorship).

Cons

Poor onboarding (even though there were few great individuals that were very helpful, both in dev and devops). Good ideas barely find proper funding and support. Poor quality assurance that results in having to work long hours.
